THE PROCESS
1. Trial Session
This session is about getting to know each other, understanding what you are looking for, sharing my coaching approach, and answering any questions you may have.
By the end of the session we will decide on whether to move forward together.
2. Design Alliance
During this first official coaching session, we deep dive into your profile, values, aspirations, intentions, and our focus areas.
We will design our alliance together, and define the partnership we are building to bring changes to your life and the focus of our work ahead.
3. Coaching Sessions
During the next few months, we will meet regularly and have a structured program in place to keep our work focused on bringing the transformation you needed in your life
The result will be a positive upward cycle of learning for you, more conscious awareness, stronger mind and body, and a transformative self.
4. Debrief
For our final session, we will assess your progress together and whether you need to extend the program.
This session is about reflection, feedback, and looking forward.
